Tara truly believes freedom, health, wholeness, and hope are God given possibilities for everyone. Due to life patterns, traumas, and circumstances these freedoms have been lost and the human heart is desperately seeking to regain them. This work takes purposeful intention, transformation of the mind, and shifts in perspective. She is a Story Informed Trauma Therapist and understands the that our past stories shape all aspects of our current lives; the way we think, what careers we choose, patterns, partners, values, theology, how we relate to others and our overall lifestyle. These stories left unchecked and unresolved will continue to run our lives by reacting to them or reenacting to them unconsciously. Healing comes when we process our story and allow transformation to take place! She is a certified EMDR therapist who focuses on the maladaptive ways the brain has stored memory, beliefs, and emotions. The goal is to resolve these events and allow for more functional adaptive memory networks to be created so everyday life can be enjoyed. In addition she has specialized in attachment therapy and has a significant amount of training in Trust Based Relational Interventions. Tara works with clients ages 16 and up. She does individual counseling and also specializes in marriage counseling.

These are all modalities she has used in her own personal healing journey that have transformed the way she does relationships, communicates with others and lives her life to the fullest! She married her husband Brad in 2000 and they have been blessed with four amazing children. Tara and her husband offer marriage workshops and couples fitness classes. She and her family enjoy backpacking, camping, cycling,  and fitness. Her faith is the foundation of her life and unconditional love is her core value!

Sarah was raised in Gillette and moved back “home” after living in Colorado and Texas for twelve years. She loves the unique smaller community that Gillette offers and would love to provide a confidential and safe space for people in the community to come and heal. Whether it is from their past or to gain understanding of themselves for their future. Sarah is passionate about working alongside her clients to gain freedom from their pain and trauma. She believes our trauma and pain are not our fault, however, healing is our responsibility-and it is never too late to start. Sarah’s core values are trust, authenticity, honesty, and compassion which are a foundation of her practice. Sarah strives to build a relationship of trust with her clients, so they feel safe enough to navigate through the trenches of their pain when they are ready. The goal is to empower clients to gain control of their life instead of their pain having control over them, we call this freedom! Sarah specializes in trauma work and mind and body regulation working with teen girls 14 & up, women, men 18 & up, couples, and law enforcement.

Sarah married her husband in 2013 and has two beautiful children.
